CONSOLIDATION SERVICES

Providing services related to consolidations represents a significant portion of the firm’s practice.  The firm has worked closely with several Big Five firms to provide professional services related to mergers, acquisitions, “buy and builds”, “roll-ups” and IPO’s.  The services provided by Wrinkle, Gardner & Company include due diligence, both as it relates to financial reporting and tax matters, valuation assistance, preparation of internal financial statements, design and preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for use by upper management, review of contracts to aid in consolidation decisions and the preparation of audit workpapers as requested by Big Five auditors.

AUDIT

For certain clientele, the firm performs extensive audits and issues an opinion on the fairness of the financial statements in accordance with standards established by authoritative bodies including the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the SEC, the DOL and HUD.  Review or compilation services are performed for other clients not requiring the depth of an audit.

TAX

Preparation of individual income, corporation, estate and gift tax returns are an integral part of the Wrinkle, Gardner & Company.  The firm assists clients in structuring major business transactions to minimize tax liabilities, assists in Internal Revenue Service proceedings, provides tax planning and projections, and prepares other tax forms and reports required by federal, state, or local governments.

CONSULTING

The firm works closely with client management to provide guidance on strategies to be implemented to achieve their goals, including increased sales, better cash flow, improved employee relationships, compliance with government regulations and minimizing taxes.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Wrinkle, Gardner & Company administers the accounting function for many businesses, both entrepreneurial and family-owned.
